Selling Your Home for 1% when you Sell & Buy with Jon DeForest
Jon DeForest Listing Fee
Sell for a 1% listing fee only if you also buy with Jon DeForest within 365 days of closing on your listing with Jon DeForest . If you sell first, I will initially charge a 1.5% listing fee and then give you a credit towards your closing costs in escrow for 0.5% of the purchase price for your next home. Listing fee subject to market-based minium of $7,500. Buyer’s agent fee not included. For example, if the buyer’s agent fee is 2.5%, a seller who pays a 1.5% listing fee will pay a total fee of 4%. Listing fee increased by 1% of sale price if buyer is unrepresented. Listing fee and minimums subject to change.
Jon DeForest Buyer’s Agent Fee
Buyer’s agent fee subject to change. Minimum buyer’s agent commission must exceed 1% of sale price or $7,500 (whichever is greater) before deal is eligible for the Jon DeForest Refund when available. Refund is based on your new home purchase price & will be given in the form of a 0.5% credit towards your closing costs in escrow at the closing for your next home.
